This is a dud product, do not buy, this is FRAUD

Placed order in June never arrived kept email this company just kept getting apologetic replys say would forward on new order but nothing then looked for refund nothing.beware of this company as far as I'm concerned it's a fraudulent company

I ordered FitJaro Slim on July 3rd and never received it. After endless follow-ups, I was told it was “in transit,” but tracking has shown “Label Created” for months.
They promised to reship, yet the replacement also never arrived. Same excuses, no results.
Customer service keeps apologizing without taking real action. I’ve requested a refund several times — still nothing.
Avoid FitJaro and Ariavie — unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing.

I canceled within five minutes of ordering and they said it had already been shipped. I said I would return it. I returned the unopened package. Their email says ‘So sorry you are not happy, yes we’re willing to help you’ but once it was returned and refund requested, they said how many bottles? were any opened? and 1 million other questions. They wanted a copy of the receipt for my shipping. Wanted to see the receipt that said it had been delivered and still did not refund. After multiple emails they refund partially and said there was a $50 warehouse fee. Then two days later they sent back the original unopened package. So they really don’t care if they sell any items they make $50 on the ones that are returned and a lot more on the ones that are kept.

ORDER IS wrong & BEFORE it is shipped I've been calling, calling, calling - emailing -- NO answer!!!! NOW PHONE # recording says: "you cannot call this # from your calling area ...'' --- THOUGH STUFF SUPPOSED COMPANY: ariavie... I'm DENYING ALL CHARGES & REPORTING YOU to FTC, FCC & all nutrition agencies!!
