Sadly, similar to many reviews here. I never knowingly signed up to this service, yet nine separate payments were taken from my account totalling £330.97. The charges continued over several months without my consent.

When trying to resolve it, I was not given access to a real person, only an automated AI chatbot, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with a financial dispute.

I have requested a full refund. If it is not provided, I will continue pursuing the matter through my bank, and consumer protection channels.

Extremely concerning experience. Check your bank statements carefully.

After year of repeating copy paste mails, i think that I received like 100 emails from those scammers, here is one more with the same content, so, here it is:
I hope this message finds you well.I wanted to kindly follow up regarding our previous messages about your refund. We truly understand how frustrating this experience has been for you, and we remain fully committed to resolving the matter as fairly and promptly as possible.
As mentioned earlier, we’re happy to issue a full credit of your membership fees as a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge your concerns. We’re simply awaiting confirmation that your review has been removed, which is the final step required by our Payment Department to proceed with the refund.
Please know this request is not meant to diminish your experience—it’s simply a measure we’ve had to implement due to past instances where refunds were issued, yet reviews remained unchanged, which significantly impacted our platform despite us having done our part to resolve things.
We genuinely appreciate your cooperation and want to assure you that as soon as the review is deleted, we will immediately process your refund, which should appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Still getting hounded from them to delete my review and they will issue me my refund. I have told them no multiple times until I see the reviews of people being conned have stopped….they haven’t. I asked them why I went to pay for car parking and I unknowingly signed up to a subscription with them and as expected they avoid to answer me at all cost. So here is another review to be careful when paying at certain car parks as this dodgy company will take your money. AVOID at all costs!! Awful u professional company who hound people to delete the review and only then will they refund you.

Unfortunately, my experience at this gym has been very disappointing. The facilities are poorly maintained — many machines are broken, and the overall cleanliness is far below acceptable standards. It’s frustrating to try to work out in such an unhygienic and disorganized environment.

What’s even worse is the behavior of the supervisor. He treats members with no respect or professionalism, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. I believe a gym should be a supportive and welcoming space, but that’s definitely not the case here.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone until major improvements are made in both management and maintenance.

Scam scam scam.

I wrote a review on here a year ago after ther scammed me and took £40 from my bank after a false advertisement. I finally received a refund after I told them I was in the process of reporting them to trading standards. A YEAR ON, They emailed me to ask if I would remove my review and I told them no. I gave my most honest review and trying to help people not make the same mistake as me. So I wanted to let everyone know again, what these con artists are doing!!!!

I live in SOUTH AFRICA. Suddenly two payments were taken off my business account. I have never swiped my card for parking or heard of this company before.

Reported this to my bank's fraud department and stopped my card.

Becks was very quick to come back to me and sorted out my request immediately. She was extremely efficient, very nice and very polite ....thankyou

Similar to other reviews , thought I was validating a parking app at Manchester AO Arena car park and ended up with payments being taken out of my account without my approval. Total criminal scam.

This membership was activated when I was trying to pay for parking, beware of this company 😞

Trying to pay for parking and yip next thing I know ive got money coming out my account for fitgym.pro!!SCAM SCAM SCAM and unfortunately the customer service wasnt great for me because I was told by live chat to just write it in an email and then get a response to tell me when next payment be!!! The actual cheek. My bank will resolve this and I will be taking this further because noone should get away with this!!!

It seems I have also fell victim to the car parking scam. How do I rectify this asap and you delete ALL of my details before I take this further? Disgusting. You have taken 0.09 out my account when trying to pay for a car parking ticket
