The best you can buy.

The moment you open the box, you can see the quality. Then you feel the quality. Metal pneumatic couplings. No plastic valve couplings here. The quality & the accuracy makes for the best Kaatsu style training ever. These are miles ahead of the competition. I would not shop anywhere else.

I believe this is an objective true innovation equipment. Same result of heavyweight training but with 30%,by the way you need to know that is important to know the exact tension to put on straps and even that than the weight is light but blood flow is restricted so it's more of a mind game. I love that I use it from 1 to 3 times a week and they are very well made ,maybe I would find something better than the straps just because in the future it can broke but trust me an honest 9.9/10
