It did take a long time to arrive but I…
It did take a long time to arrive but I did expect that. However when it arrived I had no idea how to put it together. It was mainly assembled but the parts I did need to put together I had no idea. I contacted them and it took awhile for an instructional video to be sent to me. A booklet would’ve helped

The FitBoutique Ads popped up on my Instagram and I thought I’d order one as it is so well priced and I was looking for an alternative training method. The machine came so quickly and I love having it in the house. I am able to train, conveniently and intensely in a short period of time!

8 weeks and i haven't yet received my…
8 weeks and i haven't yet received my reformer machine. The business is not responding promptly to my emails and sends confusing emails. I'm not even sure if the machine is made in Australia or is being imported. Information on time frame on the website is very misleading.

2 months and order still not shipped. Customer service does respond promptly to say it's coming "soon" - but they either don't know when their stock is being produced/shipped from overseas or don't want to admit it's months away.
Admittedly my fault for not realising products are not made or shipped from Australia, but 2-4 weeks suggested delivery time is misleading. The customer should be made aware if the delivery date is an unknown time in the future. (That is assuming it will eventually get delivered.)
Other people are negatively reviewing a business with a similar name so I wanted to review the actual company.
