Greatfully received

The copy of DC Adventures: Universe arrived at my door in near mint condition. I had expected it to be somewhat less, but this was in beautiful shape! The expediency in which it arrived was also greatly appreciated, as was the tracking number to help keep tabs on it as it got closer to its new home. Thank you for all your hard work in seeing this item to me.

[Disappointed] I had purchased 2 books…

[Disappointed] I had purchased 2 books from fishpond.com.hk on 10 Dec 2024 with payment proof, however, I am not able to find at least the tracking records and no customer service is available, how should I follow-up my order in this situation?

Absolutely USELESS Company!!!!

Absolutely USELESS Company!!!!

I had to loose my temper, because they wouldn't believe that my order hadn't been delivered. Feel sooo let down!

They gave me a refund eventually.

I won't be using them ever again!!!!!!

Love this Company

My orders are always promptly mailed. I love that the shipping notices include tracking. Best place to shop for Australian and British novels!

Price drop after placing order.

I ordered 4 books from Fishpond.com.au as they were in stock with a local supplier. Two days after placing my order I logged in to check the status of my order only to find that the price had dropped by $13.47. Cancelling the order would incur a 17% restocking fee so that just sucks. I contacted customer service and the reply is as follows -

Our catalogue includes items from New Zealand, Australia, the UK and the US. Suppliers in different countries set their prices independently, so prices can vary over a short time depending on stock availability and exchange rates.

All items were in stock locally which is why I placed the order with Fishpond. So I can't see how exchange rates affect locally sourced products. Delivery has always been slow, often taking a month or more, so location doesn't seem to make a difference with delivery speed.

Update - Just received an email from Fishpond confirming my order of 4 books has just shipped. The books were dispatched 5 days after placing the order which is quick compared to previous orders, so I'm quite pleased with the fast delivery with tracking number. Price drop the day after placing the order still sucks though. I have amended my rating to reflect this.

Great service, great products

I bought 7 books from a series that is hard to find in the USA. Books were a great price. Love the free shipping, even to the USA! Books arrived within the delivery window. Received tracking number and multiple updates via email. Books were brand new, in great condition. Thank you! You made my son very happy. :)
