I’m from Saudi Arabia, and this was my first experience with FishisFast. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing.

My package arrived at their warehouse two days ago and hasn’t been shipped yet. They falsely claimed the product contains a camera (it doesn’t), and held it without notifying me. All communication was through an employee named Rana, and no email was sent to explain the delay.

I clearly stated I needed the shipment before the July 4th holiday, but they ignored that and delayed it further due to slow credit card verification. Totally unprofessional and frustrating experience.

It took only an hour for them to receive my shipment, log it to my account, package it, and send it to my destination. JUST ONE HOUR! Other services take 5 days just to log your shipment.

Great service, and happy to be a long-term customer.

I live in the UK and have been using fishisfast for a couple of years now. I cant praise them enough. The packing service is always super quick and so is the shipping. The speed and price of the shipping obviously depends on the service and courier you choose at check out. I've had 6 parcels sent over to the UK and they have all been expertly packed and arrived here with no damage. I really don't understand the negative reviews. Reading between the lines, most of them seem like user error or genuine mistakes that can't be helped. I have recommended fishisfast to several of my my friends and they also have had no issues at all. And I would have no hesitation in recommending their wonderful, efficient service to others in future!

My first shipment with Fishisfast, the service is perfect, the site is very intuitive, the shipment was done quickly, the follow-up with photos is very appreciable. Very professional.

Everything just went flawless! Package consolidation like it should be; nice, easy and hasslefree. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Fast, reliable ,reasonable price

My package is lost in this warehouse and didn’t appear in my account, and when i complained, they didn’t compensate me.

Everything went alright with my order, my items arrived safely and in perfect condition. I'm happy I took a chance on Fishisfast.

A hign-end speaker was delivered to me collapsed. The insurance deparment denied my claim.
Had they accepted my claim, I would have not get my money back, just credits to be used for my future shipments. They turned down a customer who has spent a good grand on them for the sake of $106 in credits

Been using this service pass year and gathered 4 shippings. No issues and very well package everytime. I use several of the extra packagings aswell, bubbles and double layer box.

I had a terrible experience with this company . They failed to deliver my package and later claimed it was returned by USPS. However, instead of taking responsibility or assisting with a resolution, they refused to refund my shipping fees and wrongly directed me to my local customs—despite the package never even reaching my country.

Their customer support was unhelpful, constantly shifting blame and refusing to file a claim with USPS, even though the return was USPS's decision. They also made it clear that they do not provide refunds, even when the issue is on their end.

I strongly advise against using this company. If anything goes wrong, you will be left without your package and without your money. Unprofessional and unreliable—avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!❌❌❌❌

Fishisfast always packs all their packages exceptionally well. They are fast and efficient, I can really recommend Fishisfast. I have used other similar companies in the past and Fishisfast is definitely one of the better ones on the market

My new favorite shipping company and the one I will use going forward. They have a very generous amount of days for items to be in ones locker before being charged. Additionally, the way they repack items for consolidation is exceptional, with most individual packages being secured in additional plastic wrapping. Their customer service is also receptive. Initially they said that 2 items could not be shipped to Canada. When I then sent a link from Amazon showing that Amazon would send to Canada so their are no restrictions, they looked into the link and then they did allow items to be shipped to Canada. They also take pictures of all incoming items. I was disappointed with other shippers and kept searching for one that I was happy with, and FishisFast is that company (added benefit is no sales tax for items shipped to them and their rates are very fair). Definitely recommended!!!

Everything was perfect and fast as fish, they were professional and the website was easy to use, received my shipment early which is a plus.

So, fun fact: FiF only publishes 4-star and 5-star reviews on its site. I gave them a fair review based on my experience, but it was never published. That's convenient, rather conniving, and the mark of an untrustworthy service provider.

First, the one and only plus, they have very responsive customer service. The problem is that in their attempt to be agile and respond with alacrity, they end up being incompetent and this can cost customers a lot of money. This happened to me. They removed Tylenol from my shipping package citing that Aramex does not ship liquids or meds. Both of these points are untrue. I ended up shipping the package through FedEx which was significantly more expensive. Additionally, I ended up paying extra to ship the meds to Aramex, which, of course, promptly shipped them to me. This was all done at the last minute.

This incompetence cost me over 200 dollars including all the extra service and custom fees. Raising the issue put them on the defensive so I gave up.

It's unlikely I will use them again.

I've order a plastic spigot, the seller on Amazon descripted it as bottling or transferring beverages however, Amazon is labeled it as brewing item.
Fisisfast refused to to ship my item because it's labeled as brewing tool and I've spent two hours trying to explain to them but they refused and told me "We know it's used for brewing so we can't ship it"
When i've asked them about shipping perishable food, they said, no we can't ship perishable food so I checked their page on Facebook and found a post recently posted about a customer ordering chocolate bar, when I provided them with the picture just to show them they're lying to me, the only response I got is: We won't waste your time any more, if you need help, just contact us again"

Lost my first (and last) package, claim UPS lost it (UPS never even received it) and say because I didn't pay for tracking, it's my fault. Total scam.

Terrible service, they refused to ship my items which is a camera accessory by DJI because they think it’s a drone, although they opened the package but apparently they don’t have they mental capacity to understand as they only saw the logo on the package. When i asked them which part of their terms and conditions prohibiting camera accessories, they refused to answer me. When I asked to return the item to amazon they refused, and demanded to be shipped to an address and requested $50 dollar for shipping which is completely stealing while holding your stuff hostage. I paid and shipped it to other more reputable forwarder called forward2me and they shipped it to me immediately
