Small Giftcard issue
I had a small technical issue where I couldnt use a gift card at the purchase of a Combi-Offer. The Customer Support was very friendly and even congratulated me for my birthday. He told me to buy the Combi-Offer and to write an e-Mail to the support explaining the situation and the gift card would be applied later. I wrote the E-Mail and it was handled within 24 hours. Very nice interaction, fast, friendly.

Awesome experience and result
Even with my very poor German(A2) I was able to learn and pass an exam from the first attempt. The best feature is that you can mark question which you are not 100% sure about and then focus on them. You also can train question you answered incorrectly. It’s so much easier to learn than by book. Practical day was also very easy to pass with very basic German skills. Thank you very much Fishing King team, the price is really worth the quality.
