Volkswagen Van Centre Fish Brothers Swindon

After buying a VW transporter I wanted to share my experience. The sales staff made an error in ordering the vehicle resulting in retrospective fitment. Seat covers were promised along with the vehicle and after multiple excuses no seat covers were ever provided. The dealership then failed to return Phone calls, texts, and emails. I received awful customer service aided and abetted by poor knowledge and no management oversight of the poor service I received. My experience was just awful and I would avoid this VW Dealership at any cost.
