I purchased the hearing aids

I purchased the hearing aids, had them less than two weeks and the ear hook broke. They requested a photo of the unit which I provided. They were supposedly able to determine from some remote location that it was “damaged by improper operation”! I could try to glue it together or they would sell me more at a discount. Avoid these people by all means. The hearing aids are cheaply made, will most likely fail, customer service is a joke and they are completely unethical!
The only reason I put 1 star was because 0 wasn’t available!

SCAM

My husband ordered the hearing aid - when the order arrived one of the devices was damaged. We’ve made repeated attempts to contact the company via email, Facebook, text and telephone. All attempts have been unsuccessful and they never refunded me.
