I had the misfortune of using this operator to commute to work at Amazon FC Ridgemont. The drivers' rude attitude toward passengers is such that I strongly advise against using this carrier's services by anyone with a sense of well-being.
Shocking company, don’t care about the customers, only about money, and from what I have heard awful to their staff
Poor organisation for the 2024 Silverstone F1 GP, most staff rude and unhelpful, insufficient number of vehicles serving the public from MK Central train station recommend finding alternatives even if more expensive, doing this will avoid delays to the track and maximising the time at Silverstone!
Absolute disgraceful people employed. They think it's acceptable for their staff to not care when a train passenger is being pursued by a violent partner. This young lady only got home safely thanks to the quick thinking coach driver.

Terrible company, the bus is never on time or not arriving at all, buses are dirty and smelly all the time, the drivers are rude and unprofessional, this company does not even deserve 1 star
Originally, I give a five star rate, then I change three star. Now I reduce it again to two star because at least I appreciate the operator who is Mohammed Ali. He is polite and professional although he didn't really fix the problem.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. Morning service is terrible The bus is never on time or not arriving at all. .The application is not needed because you can hardly see the bus approaching the bus stop. It is like playing roulette !!!!!
Worst service and even worse costumer service don't even bother with these people they are horrible
Its worse then bad,need to buy online ticket and its avaible just 2 hours,even if the bus is late or doesnt come at all.
