The posters are excellent quality. The vinyl backdrops however are slightly blurry.

Been using Firstprint for a number of years and have always been impressed with quality, and prices. Only had minor troubles in the past mostly regarding delivery dates but that is more down to logistics than Firstprint. Customer service can be a bit hit and miss depending on time of day or who you speak to. Recommended.

I have used Firstprint.com for going on 5 years now, and what can I say
they are fantastic and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
There customer service is without doubt first class and any problems are sorted ASAP. They are my go to printers with a huge range of products on offer.

Been working with this company for about three years now and always happy with the quality, price and turn around time. I would say the only way they could improve would be to put more guidelines or previews up for their products for those who are not graphic designers.

This was a last minute printing order that Firstprint turned round and delivered the next day. Excellent service and goods arrived in perfect condition too.

Print suppliers second to none.
I have used firstprint.com for at least five years, as my main suppliers of printed products. The company is truly impressive! From business cards to perfect bound and sewn books and almost everything between, they have delivered on time every time; the quality of the finished product is always first-rate and their keen prices enable me to do more with my budget. I am truly grateful for the recommendation I received from a business colleague back in 2012.

We have ordered a lot from Firstprint over the years - for somethings they do a great job and then for somethings they don't.

For large bulk items they cannot be beat on price, however this does result in a compromise of quality at times.

Delivery amazingly prompt and quality of digital printing has always been faultless. I especially appreciate the ever-growing range of options for printing.

I am a printer in Huddersfield, UK but I have used them for about 8 years for a number of my jobs and the service has always been excellent and when there has been a problem it has always been sorted out.

I'm a designer and have used Firstprint for over 10 years - the 2 big reasons I use them are:
1. Low-cost (I have yet to find anywhere cheaper)
2. Quality - never had a problem with quality of printed product

Delivery times can be a few days longer than some over online print sites- but the cheaper cost to me makes up for this.

Used them a few times, although if you are looking for ANY kind of support with your order then go to someone else. I have used several companies for printing being a designer and firstprint (an offshoot of unitedprint) has to have by FAR the worst customer service of any. Pay 5% more and go to a company that takes care of the customer!

I have found First Print to be the best printing company out there. I have used them for 6 months now and have not had one issue with them. They are punctual and from the research I have done I have found that they have the best prices around on bulk buying flyers. I have used other companies in the past which haven't kept up to their next day delivery guarantee which has ended up costing me big, I get my artwork on a wednesday night so ready to send off and be here for friday but if it doesn't come through then i'm left waiting all weekend which is were first print excel as they have not let me down once. One thing to always check though is if there are any bank holidays in Germany as they have them on thursdays and fridays so that has come in my way on one occasion but as long as you keep your eye on the delivery time offers then you'll be fine. I would strongly recommend them to anyone for any of their printing needs.

We have been using firstprint for price-sensitive clients for some time and have not had a bad job yet. Helpful human beings to talk to on the phone if you have a technical query.

Really good quality print at an affordale price for our clients brochures. we will continue to use for the forseeable future. superb turnaround which was very quick

I was pleasently surprised with the quality and level of service of these flyers... I was expecting not too much as they were very cheap but the results I recieved were easily as good as more expensive printers. A*****

have used this company for over 8 months now and have never experienced a problem, however I have recently had a problem with there delivery times as they have back holidays in Germany that they do not pre warn you about and they also need everything uploaded to their site over an hour before the cut off deadline as i have experienced them get back to me with a problem 5 minutes before deadline which i was not happy about as that didnt give me enough chance to sort the situation and still make the deadline. Apart from that in the past In have not had one issue with this company but i think the service might be slipping slightly, I would still recommend them to a friend i just have hight demands when i comes to next day delivery and leaving things till last minute
