Horrible company
Horrible company. I order a game back in 2019 and i have not heard a single thing from them. I have emailed them several times asking for an update and they will not response. the game was supposed to come out years ago, but they keep pushing it back without telling the buyers. I have asked for a refund if they can not provide that information/update, and again I have not heard from them. They are a horrible company and I would never do business with them again. At this point I am just going to hope my game comes soon.

Stay far away
I've been a backer on one of their Kickstarter Campaigns for one of their game releases.
The campaign was created on the 24th of june 2020 and, according to them, I should have received my game by the 20th of November 2020. Now I know that with Kickstarter you can't really expect your rewards to actually arrive on time. However, to this day a lot of people, me included, have not received anything.
Asking for an update on Kickstarter, Tagging them on social media or contacting them directly through their support either yields a half-assed or no response at all.
If you want to check the campaign page yourself just google "Project Blue Famicom Kickstarter" and you'll find it. Check the comment section and you will see a lot of unhappy people.

First time ordering from these luckily…
First time ordering from these luckily it wasn't for the £300 version of the game! Ordered 21st December and heared nothing back depsite me prompting this week. Their site now says out of stock and I've had to go through my bank to get a refund. Really disappointed.
