This is not a real company these guys…

This is not a real company these guys are based in the middle east scamming people. They will ask for money that you'll not recover $21,000+ in one case. There is no real office in the US. Their names are fakes so are the reviews across the web to deceive you. Request a video call with them and you'll see that this cowards are a disgrace online and to their families. I think one of them is filipino using UAE laws to protect their scam.

I wish there was such a rating as…

I wish there was such a rating as negative 50 star rating. This company is set up to take advantage of the vulnerable. They size you up based on the amount of money you have loss and charge you an initial high fee. Basically they will keep milking until you finally you refuse pay out any more money. Each time they start off telling you that your case is almost resolved however before the loss funds are deposited into your account you must pay a certain percentage. This is very stupid and insulting. They will keep requesting money and making promises that your case is almost resolved.

They know that you already have paid thousands so this increase the chances that you would agree to pay more money in order not to lose what you have already paid. It's discussing that there are people like this that exist that preys on victims in order to scam them out of more money knowing the fact that they have already suffered loss. This is an heartless tactic for their own gain and greed. May they get just what they deserve in the long run. Amen

Outright Thieves

I can't believe I'm writing a review similar to the most recent ones. I've been swindled out of bit over $10k. I was working with Dwayne like most of these recent reviewers. I last spoke with him in June when he stole the last $5k.

I've left many voice mails and emails since then with no reply. I can't believe it! Now I'm on the hook to payoff a loan with nothing to show for it!!! Their website is currently down for repairs. Please don't ever do business with these scumbags.

WARNING SCAM

WARNING SCAM
My experience was just like the other negative reviews. They asked for a fee up front for processing and filing fees for my case. After numerous attempts to contact them I finally got a call back and laughably enough it was to ask for more money. I refused because I didn’t have anywhere close to the money they were asking for. I told them if they covered the cost after the case was settled I would reimburse their cost plus 20%. He replied he needed to talk to his financial team. Haven’t heard from him since and that was three months ago. Don’t waste your time or money with these clowns.

These Scammers are very good.…

These Scammers are very good at what they do.
I hired First Option Recovery in September 2019.
It's been 22 months now and granted, the Covid pandemic is taken into account here.
So far, the point man, Dwayne Smith, has periodically required funds without warning to the tune of, asking for over $63,000USD so far for this purpose or that reason, all made up as a fiction.
These are the worst people in the world preying on those already duped.
First Option picks on people who’ve already been scammed by swindlers because those are a pool of folks already proven simply stupid in the ways of finance.
This is not a Robin Hood type villain helping the poor. Tthese are HORRIBLE ACTORS.
They milk their customers for imaginary costs with promises engendering hope, and then add more costs without warnings or disclosures of any kind towards a future.
For what? It's hard to say or imagine.
To rip off westerners, regular people, so that they can do what? Have an illicit income?
To do what? Have a family? Donate to a Cause? Seek Revenge for something?
It's hard to say what motivates these monsters when ones brought up Christian.
Now their website is down, "Under Construction" it says currently.
STAY AWAY FOLKS. These are the worst types of con men. I wish to meet them.

I was given Steven as my recovery…

I was given Steven as my recovery person and let me tell you. First he promises that I will receive all the money from the quicktraderushs.com who scammed me over +10k. But first I must pay them almost $600 to get the ball rolling. After I tried to mail the contract regarding civil court papers to serve quicktraderushs.com it came back no address exist, this should have be my que and ask myself are they legit or a scam. Stupid me gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I contacted Steven and he said just take a picture of the contract and email that to him so I did. Fast forward a couple weeks but no response until the said they contacted the bank in which quicktraderushs.com said the deposited my payment. Now in order for me to receive my payment I needed to pay a security deposit of $3500. Thinking I'm almost finished with this nightmare, but it get worse. They the bank now says this account is marked as a money laundering account and needed to red flagged. First Option Recovery tells me I would get my 3500 back if failed to pay me. So since its marked as a money laundering account, I must pay 8000 to release my funds. Are you crazy, I asked since I paid 3500 already now they want 8000 for security reasons, BS. I told them I don't that and they told me they would put up half, really, so now I'm stuck out 3500 and deeper in debt, no thanks to First Option Recovery and Steven. Thanks for nothing, what a scam!!! Don't use them, you'll lose more money, stay away. Don't be me.

Professional Scammers

Any business that builds a business on scamming people after they've already been scammed is the scum of the earth and that's what this company is.

This is a Scam. They make promises, take your money, do NO work, can't provide evidence of any work performed but have the gull to come back and ask for more money.

The BBB has no record of their business. The New York address is share office space, a virtual office that they use for a presence in the United States.
They are located in the UK.

Communication with them is vague. Regardless who you speak with, they all use the same phone number and email address info at firstoptionrecovery.com. Additionally, call after hours and listen to the generic voicemail. Doesn't sound legit for a company chasing massive amounts of money. I believe their positive reviews are fake. This firm's communication is horrible.

Read the similar experiences from those who have given this company a 1 rating. I will take the advice and call the FBI has well.

Please stay away from these people

Please stay away from these people.
They are scammers.
I realized they are after I was asked to pay through Transferwise... I refused and pretend I want to do a bank transfer instead. So they sent me thier banking information... which is based in UAE.
I did not pay but have thier bank info on me.
There is no such address in Albany NY.
Please stay away from this scam.
Contact me if you need details.

SCAM ALERT! STAY AWAY!

ANOTHER SCAM!! My Review is exactly like the other 1 star reviews. It has been 5 months, they are complete scammers, they dont answer your phone calls. They redirect payments with transferwise to the UAE which they think cant be tracked or disputed. Postal mail was bounced back because their is no office in Albany, NY. They will take your money. Anyone who reads this stay away from them. I hope Trustpilot will take action.
