I received a shirt of terrible quality. I emailed them asking for a refund and a refund, but they haven't replied in over a week. It's disappointing.

Awful quality shirt and not the correct colour. Tried to contact First Formula Store regarding a refund but no reply from them. Far too expensive for what I received. Not happy at all.

If you like f1 and want a nice phone case order here! It arrived really fast and the quality is great ! The price is also okay

I purchased the lando night mode phone case in tough and they accidentally sent me the flexi one. I contacted their instagram account and they instantly responded and wanted to help resolve the situation! They helped get a new phone case sent out to me! They also let me keep the flexi phone case as an apology which I appreciated as I used it while waiting for my glossy tough phone case! I’ve now received my phone case and I’m obsessed with it… it’s everything I was hoping for… with the glossy finishing, makes it look like a glossy helmet! And it feels very solid! They were very friendly with me and so very helpful! I’m so grateful for their help and I would definitely be purchasing again in the future! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🧡🥺

I am sure the F1 shirt I received was a second hand fake copy. The shirt arrived in a plastic bag all scrunched up and creased. Also the quality is extremely poor and there are no authentic labels on the shirt and no washing instructions.
I have sent First Formula Store an e-mail explaining the above but have not received any response to date.

Very durable phone covers! Every design is accurately printed and the delivery was quite quick. I have purchased twice from the shop, so it definitely shows that I really love their product! (And best believe I'll buy more phone covers!)

I reached out to the them via email, and they responded promptly, shipping out the correct case the very next day. Delivery was impressively fast, taking only 7 days to reach Malaysia.

Their hard casings are highly recommended. It's durable, sturdy, and of excellent quality. I’ve dropped my phone a few times, yet the case remains undamaged, and the printing still looks as good as new with no signs of wear or tearing.
