We have been using First Financial Intermediaries Ltd for over 16 years, starting with our first purchase in 2006 and more recently we approached First Financial Intermediaries Ltd again in 2022 to help secure a mortgage for a new home. Simon and Kate were excellent! They both handled the entire process incredibly efficiently and kept us up to date frequently. Also they were always on hand to answer questions as and when required. People always say buying a house is a stressful experience (and it is!) but Simon and Kate made the mortgage part of the process seamless for us. We would thoroughly recommend Simon and Kate from First Financial Intermediaries Ltd to anyone who needs a mortgage or financial advice.

I have been extremely impressed at the diligence and support I received from Eloise in handling my re-mortgage. The process was begun by Thomas earlier this year and I assumed that would ensure that all would be dealt within a timely fashion by the acting solicitors but this was not the case. My last contact with them was in March '22 and despite attempts to contact them that was the last I heard from them until Eloise followed up on what had happened. Though I have had one recent email from the solicitors all my updates and contact has been through Eloise. Her diligence and prompt communications with me and the solicitors made sure the re-mortgage happened on time. Without her input I am not convinced the re-mortgage would have happened by May 31st.

Mark and Zoe were excellent - they made the process of buying our first house so easy. We were expecting a lot of stress (as have heard it is stressful buying a house) but everything was taken care of. Communication was spot on and always on hand to help with any questions we had. Would 100% recommend them, 10/10!

Both Simon Ryder and Kate Leake were nothing short of outstanding - they were the only broker that could get the financing needed. They think outside the box and come up with solutions to meet my needs.

Their network and broader advice stands them out from the pack and their perseverance in getting the deal done was cruical.

Simon & Kate cannot be recommended high enough. They understand the troubles and problems lenders create for self employed people and work with you and them to get a solution where other brokers give up and go on to someone else who is easier.
