Brilliant company, Joe Lees was exceptionally helpful on the phone and fixed all the issues I had in a professional manner and super efficiently.

They are criminal scammers. I have never heard of this company and all of a sudden around April 2023 they started sending me invoices with apparently credit on my account and demanding that I set up direct debit with them. I genuinely thought it was a scam and ignored them. They kept emailing me and I googled them, they turned out to be a real company. I called them to query why they sent me the invoices, what services they believed they provided to me, but they could not tell me. They asked me questions like what my company’s name was ( I don’t run any businesses), if they were providing internet or telephone connection to me ( no, they don’t). Then in November 2023 some Leah Wilkinson, the Credit Controller called me and said that I owed them £5.60 in service charges, that they received regular payments from me (which is not true). LW said that apparently in 2018 they took some account over from voip.co.uk. Well, I vaguely remember using voip.co.uk website some 20 years ago to make calls from my PC to telephone lines prior to existence of mobile phone internet, FaceTime, etc. I think I then put some credit on voip.co.uk website and made phone calls (similarly to using Skype for calling phone numbers), but I don’t recall paying any service charges. Now these scammers are telling me that some 5 years ago they took some account over. I have never been informed of that and I have never agreed any contracts with them. As I said I have never heard of them and never had any dealings with them.They need to be reported to their regulator and the police. Because they could be targeting vulnerable people with their money scam like they are targeting me.

Rolling contract is scandalous! We utilised their service for 5 years then wanted to cancel. We were told that we were in a rolling contract for an additional 5 years because we missed the one month window to cancel within 6 months of wanting to leave.Terrible company, appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Have been a client of Telesis - Firstcom for around 20 years, had a few issues on the latest install however Danny King got involved and resolved this for me. Would happily recommend the services to others based on the outcome of the issues raised

I am with this company for serval years and was very happy, however, i recently had an ongoing technical issue which was ongoing for several months.
I contacted the team a number of times regarding this and they promised me to deal with the issue, but this was never solved, and still isn't at the time of writing the review.

Shocking Service, Calls are off more than they are on, I would not recommend them whatsoever.

Be aware of the the SCANDALOUS rolling contract.

There is NO option of out of contract rates, either stay or go.

We had an initial 2 years contract, no warning apart from an constant attachment in the email of the Terms and Conditions Notice.

You have 90-120 days before your contract ends to give notice. Who does this sort of terms, well them fighting for every crumbs the big ones leave to lock everyone in a loop.

There was NO OPT OUT of renewal on the contract (used to be Telesis), this should be illegal.

They also add services to your bill you never requested without any consent or updated contract.

Vi har nu i snart fire år haft ip-telefoni med support fra connection via Samsø Bredbånd. Altid hurtig support og opfølgning. Kan kun give min bedste anbefaling!
