Waiting 3 weeks - no response after 2 attempts to make contact.
Payment was taken on 28th November.
Still haven’t recieved the products. Have emailed the company and messaged through the Website system - no response at all.

Out of stock items were replaced with good alternatives. I was telephoned to ask if this was OK and extras were added to my order too because of the OoS items. Only my second order. Will happily order again.

Absolutely love first choice produce
Absolutely love first choice produce. I am a chef which has been using their products for a year now and I’m so happy especially with the Arlington whites. I don’t think I have tried a tastier egg. Thanks so much

produce is excellent but.................
Whilst the produce is excellent, the packaging and lack of care insulating frozen items, and the flimsy cardboard boxes really lets them down.Having said that, when I complained they did give me a partial discount as some items were ruined. So they are a reasonable company - and just need to attend to the above details.

Correct paperwork wrong address
Ordered and it was sent to an old address. The order details were correct. Trying to speak to anyone was impossible and a week after delivery that I had to collect the matter is still unresolved.

Christmas order, top helpful!

Dreadful
Dreadful - two items missing from my delivery - no explanation and nothing done even though I messaged on phone and online for over a week- then a rebate with no explanation or apology. This is poor and uncaring service
