I had my contact terminated because I was off work with Covid 19. And before that I was put into a job that I did not apply for. When I tried to contact them to appeal this decision, they would not answer my emails or phone calls.
Package sent relatively quickly however I would ensure you have the correct part. I recently bought a part which appeared to be correct based on what I could see on their site. 20 rack rational oven. No options actually appeared for the correct part. I called and was told my part was for a later model. I subsequently purchased the correct part however I am to be charged 25% to send the old part back. For me this is around £45, if you are purchasing more expensive items be very very careful. The site is not clear.
