Very conflicting quotes and poor communication. First quote was cheap and had perfect pickup and arrival times. I called to pay and was told by a representative that their busses do not take toll roads and the price would increase significantly. Then I had to change the pickup location (less that 1 minute drive from original location) and the price went up another $100. Then when the bus arrived, the location change wasn't communicated (despite my car days ahead of time) and I had to call again at 8AM to get the bus in the right location. When we get on the road, WE TOOK THE TOLL ROAD and arrived an hour early to our destination despite being told that couldn't be done. Very confused on why I paid hundreds of more dollars (upwards of $400) for a route change that never happened. Had to wait for an hour until the tour started because we gave the guide the times provided by the company from the revised (non toll road) quote. Miscommunication killed the tour attendance and ultimately resulted in the bus being a huge waste of money. If you choose this branch make sure to ignore the fact that they don't take toll roads as apparently that is a lie.

The communication on wedding day was inexistant.
After booking the buses, we were given a number to use on the day of event if we needed anything. I called it 15 times and nobody ever answered. This caused stress, not knowing if the buses were going to show up.
Luckily, they did show up and the drivers were excellent. I would give the drivers 5 stars and the operation manager 0 stars.

Excellent Service! The buses arrived on-time and were accommodating to a few guests that arrived a few minutes late. We rented two buses to transport guests to and from a wedding. Went very smooth, was great. Thank you for getting our guests to and from the wedding venue safely! Both drivers were excellent

We had 3 shuttles, and all 3 drivers were approachable, flexible, and professional. Good driving on at least my shuttle, and furthermore no complaints from any of my guests as of the day after. There was one instance of a guest acting up, and by all accounts it sounded like the driver dealt with them in a very respectful manner. Thank you for the service!

First Student Charter Bus was great. They were on time and responsive. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because the contact I had listed was called on the day of the wedding. First Charter Bus wanted to confirm the schedule of services. I believe customers should be contacted prior to the wedding date since the day of the wedding is so busy. Other than that, I recommend this bus rental!

The experience was great! I used First Charter for my wedding and it was super easy. I had to make a few changes two days before and all I had to do was call and everything was updated.
