Chuck our driver was OUTSTANDING! He was super punctual, kind, good natured, patient and positive. We really appreciate his flexibility and how great he was with our students.
Our buses were on time and drivers were kind! The ride on the way there was a bit jerky and very slow moving but that might have been because of the weather.

Best Driver ever
We used First Charter for a 2 year old bday parade and it did not disappoint. Jeff our driver was beyond perfect, and really made my daughters birthday special. He took his time and let her enjoy the bus from the outside and in, and interacted with her (covid safely). The service was phenomenal and I would totally use this company again just based on this experience.

Bus driver did not call me before he arrived like he was supposed to and as the bride who paid for the bus for all of my wedding guests he didn’t wait for me to get in the bus. Very disappointed
