Poor Customer Service

As the group leader, the charter departed the school to the field trip location without me AFTER I notified the bus driver that I was going into the building (briefly) to hand over the monies paid by students. The drivers did return once I contacted other staff members aboard the bus, however, when I asked why he departed without me the driver chuckled and said "I was just following the first bus."

The reason that I was quite perturbed is the driver had also been with our group from the previous day on a different trip and was aware that I was the group leader for both days. I highly doubt Mastery Charter Harrity Campus will utilize First Student moving forward.
