Very reliable and were exactly where they needed to be at the right time!!

This company is actually so awful it’s ridiculous. We paid over $2,200 to be driven five minutes away. We paid for two buses to make two trips and called to confirm five times. Only one bus showed up in the incorrect spot and made us one hour late to our event which we paid over $8,000 for. When I called for money back or an apology no one answered. Literally don’t use them ever, I’ve used them for three other events and each time similar problems occurred.

Our driver was awesome (from the Hamden CT location)! I wish I wrote down her name to give her credit for a job well done. She picked up our wedding guests at the Homewood Suites hotel on time and brought them to the church ceremony in New Haven CT on Saturday 10/08/2022. She was ready and waiting at the end of the reception to shuttle our guests back to the hotel. She went above and beyond to help us when the extra hotel shuttle was missing in action. We so appreciated her kindness, calmness and willingness to help. Very professional.

This experience was great. We booked a bus on short notice for a private event. Customer service was great. But picked and and dropped off at the exact times we requested. Would definitely use them again.

The bus was on time and the bus driver was a pleasure. She even retrieved and brought back a wheel that had fallen off of the kids' cooler! 5-stars! 10-stars and a special shout out to Ally in reservations, who provided FANTASTIC service in helping us reserve a school bus for our 2nd grade field trip after our usual bus companies fell through. Thank you to both ladies! Well done!

We ordered two buses to transport guests between our hotel and venue. Both buses arrived on-time and transported guests to the venue without issue. However, we had scheduled for two departure times from the venue back to the hotel - one at 9:00pm, and another at 10:00pm. One of the buses left the venue at 9:00pm, as planned, and never returned, leaving the lone remaining bus to transport over 75 guests by itself. The initial plan was to have both buses available at 10:00pm for the final departure.

Not sure if there was a miscommunication with the itinerary, but made for an uncomfortable ride back to the hotel.

All the drivers did a great job, very kind and professional.

Everything went very well. Our driver was so kind and even joined us for the adventure at Mystic. She was on-time, dealt with all the traffic jams, she was informative. All in all it was incredibly pleasant.
