AWFUL
i wish i could give zero stars because they called 24 hours prior to my event and cancelled all 3 of my charter buses without any replacement options. i asked for a refund, for help getting different buses, nothing. didn’t even return my call. DO NOT GO THROUGH WITH THIS COMPANY, I HOPE YOU SEE THIS. WORST CHARTER BUS COMPANY IVE EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH.

We had a great driver who was kind and personable.
The only critique is that there isn't a number of the driver to call in order to assist with timing of arrival or some emergency situation or schedule change that may cause the pick up zone to shift or move.
All in all, it was a great experience. It was a timely and pleasant experience!
