Brilliant training
Our trainer Jenny was brilliant. She was really knowledgable and delivered what was a huge amount of information in a really engaging and useful way. She explained and modelled techniques very clearly and spoke through lots of different scenarios we might come across that felt really relevant to us and our roles in work, as well as situations we might come across outside of work. It was really practical which helped embed the techniques and we were able to ask questions when we needed to clarify anything. We were also taught about some of the basic science behind various conditions and techniques which was really useful to understand. I’ve come away from the training feeling much more confident about delivering first aid in both the nursery class where I teach, and in my wider life.

Superbly taught First Aid essentials and practicalities. Well selected special topics, individually focussed if required. The training approach stimulates active learning with challenging questions as well as providing information. Very experienced trainers and good use of anecdotal situations creating valuable mnemonics for what to do when real life first aid action is needed.

Best paediatric first aid course
I’ve just finished the 6 hour paediatric first aid course with Jenny. I have completed a number of first aid courses in the past- this was by far the best. Jenny explained things so clearly and built our confidence throughout. She answered all questions and at the same time kept the group focused so that we covered the content and didn’t over run. Jenny used an element of storytelling and drama that was so helpful during the practical sessions. I would highly recommend Jenny as a first aid trainer.
