Excellent Customer Service
Ciara in your customer service team was outstanding and took a difficult situation where you were out of stock with items from an on-line order, where I was not notified to offering me an alternative, arranging for my refund to be processed in your accounts and having my replacement items shipped overnight so that installation could go ahead as planned. She is a wonderful asset to your company.

Product was fine but communication was lacking, no email to tell me the order was in its way untill 3 days after it was delivered. Luckily it wasn't stolen.

The email you may be referring to that arrived three days after delivery was the automated Trustpilot review request email. We schedule these to arrive a few days after arrival, so you have time to either use the product or review our service.
We’re very sorry for the confusion this caused and will review how we can improve communication in these situations.
