Firminproperty Reviews

Firmin property associates managed the sale of our rental property and made a stressful process much easier. Our contact, Toby explained each stage upfront and always replied the same day, even when the news was just "no update yet". The valuation was realistic, and the viewings they arranged were with serious buyers rather than time wasters. I'd happily use them again.

Toby's experience of the London property market was incredibly valuable when we were both selling and buying properties in london. We couldn't have got the price we achieved selling our london house without him. He is possibly the most genuine and personable agent in London we have met. We continue to recommend Toby to friends and colleagues for all property needs.

Toby is incredibly dedicated and has consistently gone above and beyond throughout the sale of my property. He is always approachable, professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. His advice is fair, honest and straightforward — qualities that can be hard to find these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Toby to anyone looking for someone they can genuinely trust with their property sale.

Toby was fantastic to work with throughout the process. He is a very experienced, communicative, and honest real estate agent that we could trust to make everything smooth for us. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property!

Toby made what could, and probably should, have been a stressful process genuinely easy. We'd had a frustrating time trying to sell through a bigger agency beforehand, so working with someone who actually took the time to understand what we needed, and actually cared, was a breath of fresh air.

Toby was on top of every detail, always reachable, and clearly knows the market inside out. As first-time sellers we had a lot of questions, and Toby never made us feel like we were asking too many, whilst always giving thorough yet easy to understand answers. Honestly couldn't have asked for a smoother sale, and we'd recommend Toby without hesitation to anyone selling their home.

Toby was brilliant to work with from start to finish when selling our flat. After struggling to sell through a larger company, we connected with Toby and immediately felt so supported by his personalised service.

He made sure the entire process ran smoothly from start to finish, and his knowledge and expertise were invaluable to us as first-time sellers. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Toby to anyone looking to sell their property.
