The service repeatedly goes down

The service repeatedly goes down, and when it does, their customer support will make up stories to buy time. I can’t claim to know what their issues are, but their stories will change during your conversation with them.

They get an extra star for actually helping with setup in the beginning, but if you like stability in the service and honesty from customer support, you should look elsewhere …

DO NOT USE FIRESTREAM!

DO NOT USE FIRESTREAM IPTV!! they are nothing but scam artist! I made the mistake of believing reviews and went straight to a year, yes I know bad move. I tried to get it set up and they kept coming up with different things to try. i finally got fed up and asked them for a refund. I was told the refund would fake 7-15 days. at day 16 I sent an email asking where my refund was. I was told “I talk to finance and refund will happen today!” well that today was actually Sunday so if course it wouldn’t happen and Monday was Labor Day so again wouldn’t happen. still today no refund. The interesting part of all of this all email between them and me are gone, nada, zero zip. luckily I did a screen shot of one if the emails so k know I had them. in fact it was the one stating my refund would be processed. Now I have no way to contact them and needless to say no refund!

Patient customer service

I ordered a 3 month, 2 connection service today and after some conversation with support I wished to cancel the 3 month subscription due to some issues with no catchup channels. Their policy states refunds are possible within 24 hours. I informed them I wished to switch to a one month subscription. This would allow me to test before committing to a longer term commitment. They assured me they would process the refund several hours ago. The refund has not been processed.
Update 04/26/25: The issues were all sorted out and the service is working as advertised. Support patiently worked with me on the issues until rectified.

joined today about 8 hrs ago and haven't managed to watch a single thing. every time you click on a channel to watch it goes back to the home screen. online chat claims we answer immediately well immediately within an hour.trying to get my money back glad I only paid for a months service. avoid these lot
