I wasn't happy with the fact that i purchased 2 fire blankets from you and was told that the engineer has to comission both of them for a fee. I told the engineer that you have just sold the to me why would you need to inspect them and then charge me !!!

Positive attitude to original delivery issues

When delivery of fire extinguishers and blanket had still not arrived after two weeks rang to find out what was happening. But the person I spoke to did immediately to arrange for new shipment to be sent out (arrived next day) and as the fire blanket we ordered was now out of stock, they gave a larger one at no extra cost.
