Great Customer Service
Alex on customer services was very helpful when I phoned to order some intumescent paint for an exposed steel beam. He helped me provide the requried steel calcs and then was able to expediate the order and it arrived next day, despite me not phoning until the afternoon. The follow up was equally as quick in sending out the fire certificate once I had painted the beam.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, website easy to navigate. Postage was super quick (nextday) but a bit steep at nearly a tenner, however it was worth it for the service.
