I recently bought a new log burner from this company and was very pleased with the experience from first inquiry, agreeing a quote, through to installation. Although it certainly wasn’t cheap, there was much more work involved with the installation than I envisaged and for such a quality job, I think the price was reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Firehouse - the positive reviews you’ll see are well deserved.

Napoleon BBQ.
Ordered a Napoleon BBQ.
The item arrived quickly , however, there was a manufacturing fault with a part. Quickly rectified by the Firehouse team via Napoleon.

Long delivery time
The website did not state our BBQ was out of stock when we ordered. We received a confirmation email of our order but a week later had not seen a dispatch notice email. We contacted the company and they said our brand of BBQ was out of stock and due to arrive at their warehouse in one to two weeks, then would be posted for next day delivery. We were shocked by the amount of time it would take for our BBQ to arrive as we didn’t expect this. It did arrive three weeks after ordering and is a great product. The company did communicate promptly when we contacted them and were informative which we appreciated.

Poor communication and missing items
Poor communication - I continually had to chase to find out the status of my bbq; there was no email notifying me when the bbq was to be delivered (despite being informed there was be) and finally the promised free bbq cover wasn’t provided.

When mistakes happen you get to see…
When mistakes happen you get to see what a company is really like. Firehouse sent the wrong size by mistake, their after care was amazing, within 24 hours the part was collected and replacement shipped. I can not fault their service and would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent product but not helpful to have no fitting instructions. Also delivery instructions not followed. That said we are pleased with the chimoneawood stove.
