Extremely Poor Customer Service - Stick to Amazon

I had an awful experience with this company’s customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong flavour and contacted customer service immediately to rectify the order and choose a different flavour. It took them 2 days to respond, by which time the product had already been dispatched. This would never happen on Amazon, where customer service is much quicker and more responsive. I highly recommend buying from Amazon instead to avoid such frustrating experiences.
