The problem I have with their pizzas is the lack of ingredients. I always order the ham and pineapple, and last time I had slices with no pineapple. I now just go to the likes of Morrisons and get two ham and pineapple pizzas for a fiver, when on special.

40 minutes late - no apology or explanation from the takeaway or driver. Food was cold and stale, had to microwave the pizza and couldn’t even eat the chicken. Ordered this for my partners birthday and was really disappointed. Won’t be ordering again

I live in the Wembley Park area. Just ordered two pizzas via Uber Eats, at 6.30PM for delivery. Was given an expected delivery time of 6.50PM, latest delivery 7.15PM.
Pizzas finally arrived at 8.03PM!! No explanation nor apology was provided.
Very poor!

The pizza took 40 minutes to cook, there was double cheese when I'd ordered normal cheese and I had to pay for 2 sauces I didn't buy.

Double standards people. Charge differently to different people.

The shop itself should be banned in uk.

Worst store in Swindon never go there.

Worst Indian as the owner or captain. He only knows how to quarrel.

Poor service, there are no appliances to eat salad, if it's on the menu, there should be appliances, and I also planned to eat it inside, but they didn't specify it. I don't recommend

I didnt expect the price to be so high for way less. When i held it vertically for a few minutes (takeaway) j opened the pizza to see that the toppings were full on scattered everywhere which made me have to put the toppings back to where they should be but when i done that,i didn't know to equally put the toppings and was just a very unpleasant moment for me and the people that were eating with me as well. Just to mention as well, the crust was a bit burnt on the sides which just ruined the taste.

I accidentally ordered the non buy one get one free option and only received one pizza. I called the company, and an employee named Hina (Selsdon branch) was super helpful. She explained that I didn't pick the right option but was kind enough to send out another pizza for me. Great customer service!

Possibly the worst pizzas I have ever had. The best was the chicken wings. Juicy but lacking in flavour. Love the story about Nonna but I’m not sure its remotely anything like her recipes.

Absolutely shocking having to wait two hours for a pizza to be delivered.Plymouth Fireaway should be ashamed

Ordered 1 GF pizza on a Tuesday night. Over 2 hours and still not arrived. I won’t be ordering from them again. Shambles

Great service , they are very polite they knock very quietly which is good .

Food was brilliant and affordable. Ram what a lovely guy! Great friendly delivery, with complementary garlic pizza bread, can’t complain!

That you're not going to address that fact that your customers can't order the pizza they want from your menu you offer, and to just go to another pizza competitor?

I do understand the card was valid at the time you went to the store, but it being 13th June that you contacted us again makes it difficult for us to look into this with the store.

Unfortunately in store issues need to be addressed at the time with the store Manager and any issues rectified at that time.

Thanks for your reply.

However, this incident happened BEFORE the 18th May when the card was due to run out. So there's no logical explanation as to why they couldn't give me what I needed.

I have been in America visiting family which is why I've now just got in touch about the frustrating time.
I have date stamps on my photos if you'd like me to prove this.

In addition, ordering online in not possible and where all of this fiasco originated. Do you remember? It wouldn't let me order the vegan pizza, nor allowed via phone order.

I do recall this Free card sent to you, back in April, which expired 18/May 2024

I am sorry to hear your visit was somewhat frustrating. Unfortunately due to the incident being before the 18th May we are unable to look into this.

I do apologise for your disappointment. I strongly suggest you place an order online if you wish to order from us in future which can be prepared for collection.

The Worcester Park team are extremely helpful and accommodating to customer requests, however they do apologise that they were unable to meet your needs.

We ordered pizza from Aylesbury branch last weekend, and we were very happy with the food.
Hence the reason, we decided to order again today, but the state of the food was a disaster this time. All three pizzas were extremely burnt (black crust) and the base so hard because of this reason. The toppings, especially the pepperoni was also burnt. Also two pizzas were not sliced. We will definitely not going to order again.

Delivered on time and super tasty. Will definitely be ordering again.

Sorry, but not the first time this has happened from Fireaway Pizza Chatham.
Order placed 5:35 for 6:20 delivery.
7:45 Still no pizza, despite tracking app saying pizza had been ready 15 minutes, telephone shop, told pizza would be being cooked in 7 minutes! That would give a delivery of approximately 8:10, two hours thirty five minutes for pizza!
Order cancel, shop refused refund to CC!
APPALLING SERVICE

Long queue at touchscreen so called to counter to order. Ordered 3 12" pizzas and coke for me and kids paying just over £41. While waiting checked out screen and found a 3 pizzas for £25. Complained at counter and told it was because "I"ordered three separate pizzas and refused to refund difference. Really good pizza but after this we won't be going back.

Just had an office lunch delivered - absolutely first class – hot, on time, very tasty, pizzas were so varied, excellent quality ingredients, wings and chicken strips get a special mention - everyone very very happy – thank you to the Kettering branch

Mexican pizza had hardly any toppings. Such a shame as I’m a regular customer and this is far from the standard. Disappointing.
