Absolutely love this company. It was easy to use and I loved all of the hand picked fragrances (which did make picking one very hard!!)

Algorithm clearly didn't work for me. My answers were for herby, fresh, clean, soft, citrus unisex fragrances and I ended up with a box of floral, fruity, sweet feminine scents. Got it half price on their birthday deal, still wasted money for me though.

Absolutely amazing experience!
From website to product quality Fiola provided absolute perfection.
The quiz was fun and easy, the package arrived super quickly (within 1 day!) and the samples were clearly personalized according to my quiz.
The packaging was great and added to the fun of finding our which perfumes you got!
Lastly, all the samples I got were of perfumes I wasn’t familiar with. All were top notch quality and I immediately fell in love with several.
Can’t wait to buy another box and can only truly recommend the website!

I received this as a gift at Christmas and could not believe just how much I liked all the perfumes I received to sample. I've just placed my first order and am already thinking about a new summer perfume! What's more, I will be gifting to others during the course of the year. It's a fun thing to do but also a fantastic way of trying a new fragrance. The service has been super friendly and efficient. What a great discovery!

Fantastic service and the best way to find a new fragrance

The whole process is really slick! I’m incredibly picky and it suggested some great scents! 🤌🏼

I visited the Fiole site and undertook the scent survey, with 5 days my box arrived with 6 sample scents and instructions on blind test. Was fun to do and have found a cracking aftershave I would not have discovered.

I stumbled upon Fiole a few months ago and was instantly intrigued by the idea of an online parfumerie because I get so overwhelmed by all the smells in a shop and it sometimes gives me headaches, so I haven't bought any perfume in YEARS!

Not to mention how influenced we are by labels and brands, I would have never checked out the perfume I ended up buying because I didn't know the brand.

Everything went smoothly and quickly, from taking the online survey, shipping, and ordering. It's an incredibly well-designed website and so easy to use! I have already ordered a second kit because there were some answers in the survey I wasn't sure about, so I think it's worth doing it again so I get two different scents!

I also appreciate that the perfumes sent to me differed in prices - the only I liked best was unfortunately out of my price range, but the second best option was still wonderful and affordable and I can always keep the other one in mind for the future.

Genuinely such a wonderful idea, will absolutely buy from Fiole again!

I was bought the experience as a gift. Answered all the questions and waited with anticipation for my 6 samples. I loved the presentation as well as the instructions on how to tackle the sample box, narrowing down the choices until I was left with a perfume I absolutely ADORED!! Using the discount I asked my family for a full bottle for my birthday. One very happy lady here!

I will say that perfume is exceptionally subjective. It will always be difficult to completely nail 6 perfect fragrances for someone and anyone who has given this company a poor review on the basis of them not liking the samples is possibly being a little unfair.

The concept is brilliant and the process is fun and provides the great opportunity and possibility of finding a brand new fragrance - and that experience is very reasonably priced.

I think this is a fantastic company and I’m planning to gift the fragrance finding experience to as many people as I can whom I just know will love it!!

I filled out a very brief questionnaire to find my 'personalised selection' of perfumes. The next day my perfumes arrived.
With a few exceptions, they all smell very similar. I quite liked one of them, however not enough to purchase a full bottle at a cost of £225.
The others ranged from a bit 'nothingy' to one that smells exactly like a recently disinfected primary school classroom (£185 if you want a whole bottle of that.)

I don't think the survey (which I did complete honestly) took into account a very broad range of tastes as I don't think the selection I was provided with was at all indicative of my tastes.

Postage (which is not included in the £25 cost of the samples) was very quick.

The sample sizes are quite decent though and, if I had wanted to wear any of them, I would have been able to try them for 1-2 weeks before the sample runs out.

To entice me to spend over £200 on any bottle of perfume (and that's not out of the question, if I love a perfume - I LOVE it), it would need to be considerably better than any of the offerings from Fiole.

I did get this experience with a £10 off offer, so only paid £15 (plus postage) for the service rather than the full £25.

I saw this advertised on Social media.... answered the questions and received the 6 fragrance sample box. Only one of them I didn't like. I ordered my favourite and currently waiting for it to arrive.... my thoughts are great concept and great quality fragrances that I wouldn't of sampled otherwise as local department store closed down. I'm normally a very frequent traveller overseas so also used to sample fragrances in duty free shopping. Try it as great way to sample new fragrances that aren't in the high street these days! Well done team Fiole!

Wow!! What a fabulous idea! I was so excited! The process of choosing my own fragrance at the comfort of my own living room was fabulous! I wanted all six but als had to choose only one . Definitely recommend trying it ! Please try ! You will not be disappointed!!!!!

This is such a great service! Loved 3 of the perfumes… will have to limit myself to only buying one! Would definitely recommend trying!

I loved this service and the overall experience so much. I really struggle to shop for new fragrances because in most stores I try one or two and can’t tell what’s going on anymore. I think my nose is the equivalent of a scent-goldfish. But this process helped me find something I not only love but would never have thought to try. Give it a go! The £25 is worth it for experience alone.

I got a box with 5 tiny unpleasant sample size (2ml) fragrances for £25. To be fair I shouldn't have ordered because the algorithm seemed to be stuck in a loop and was asking the same questions over and over! Surprisingly they ask just 8 questions to explore the fragrance space and narrow it down to your favourite. Overly confident! Neither of the 5 samples I received are even remotely pleasant. They couldn't have got it more wrong. At first I thought they sent me someone else's box so I wrote to them but never heard back! Now I think they are just trying to shift stocks via ads and I was gullible enough to try it

What can I say, what a bloody fantastic service.
I’m a lover or all things perfume but have a really distinct style of scent that I struggle to purchase for. I completed their fragrance finder and bought that sample pack with 6 choices in, and I loved EVERY single one. Never in a million dreams was I expecting to enjoy all 6! The cost of the samples is redeemable as discount off the actual perfumes themselves, and I ended up buying Misfit by Arquiste and Istanbul by Gallivant.
Absolutely amazing and honestly cannot rate, or thank them, enough!
