I got a ring damaged and since i'm a returning customer, they cared more about me than their rules about HOW the ring was damaged and their return policy. They just wanted me to be happy.

Best service ever and in all times. I made a mistake bought wrong size wedding via ring from a shop in Denmark, took 8 days to arrive now I had to return it and another 8 days 😞+ yet another 8 to get the new with right size.
I contacted Fint Och Billigt Wednesday lunchtime and they replied me instantly, confirming they also have this ring and helped me advising correct size.
Decided to purchase here, 10 min after Julia replied she has now shipped it, next day afternoon there was my ring perfect size and so fast delivery.
