Was not told the full story in relation to payments of Invoices at the beginning. Wasted money going through a third party to secure this loan 2,200.00.

Finstro (that is, FC Capital): Overcharged interest; Didn't honour its verbally-made commitments; Delayed, on occasion, the recognition of payments made by the customer; Didn't employ or provide sufficient resources to conduct timely or adequate communications with the customer to solve issues when they arise.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Finstro (FC Capital) has been going through a range of issues brought on by their recent rapid growth in business. It is recognised that they have at times been understaffed and under-resourced and are working on rectifying the effects of this on the customer. As a result of the issues that I have experienced, Finstro has now sought to understand the situations faced by the customer, has rectified outstanding issues, has sought to improve their internal systems, and has extended flexibility to our agreement and arrangement.

I will continue to monitor Finstro's performance from here on and, should the outcomes provide justification for it, update this rating accordingly at a later stage.

We have had a few small issues with the portal. Freezing then unable to load a BPay invoice. Hopefully these "teething" issues are now sorted.
I would like more "help" buttons to assist in different areas. I have tried to use the GREEN help line, but the message always says not available - "back tomorrow".
