They’ll create issues won’t do anything about it!
I recently invited users to this platform on board of their referral program. Upon paying the rewards as promised, this platform completely messed up and ended up paying both halves of the rewards to the invitees instead of splitting them and paying me my halves. When I confronted them regarding this matter, support simply said that I had to solve this issue myself even though it was their fault! They won’t do anything to solve any problem, even when it’s 100% their fault. 100% avoid them!!
Edit after response: As you can see from Finst response, they do not care about how their mistake impacts you. They sent money that belonged to me to other person (which I don’t even know their name) and now Finst just tells me to try and figure out how to get my money back. They won’t do absolutely anything about it. Remember, I as a user had no fault whatsoever, completely their fault, still they won’t do nothing.

User-friendly start to crypto with amazing support
It is the first crypto trading platform I am using, and it’s been a great experience so far! The platform is practical and very user-friendly, and I like to be able to learn more about crypto thanks to their "Finst Academy" page. Their Help Center was also very useful when I started, to understand the platform better.

Only very positive experinces with Finst
I am with Finst from the very begining. Never had a Problem when it comes to interacting with Finst directly and when I had recently problems which are related to new Goverment regulations and not Finst, I contacted Finst customer support and they were incredible fast responsive and helped me to walk through the neccsessary steps to be able to get my accounts verified to comply with the new regulations. The issue was solved afterwards by itself but anyway I haven gotten any answer. Even never got a response when I applied for a position at least a decline.

Shady firm that advertises as low…
Shady firm that advertises as low trading fees but charges insane crypto withdrawal fees. The withdrawal fees are 9-10x higher than actual network fees and I don't know how they got MICA regulated with very limited features. Immature app
Update - show me where do you mention this 2.5 euro crypto withdrawal fee in your fee schedule. It just says dynamic as per network. For usdc withdrawal I was shown 4.5 euro withdrawal fee (actual gas fees as per Erc20 network is .38€ and around the same time I checked another dutch app for withdrawal showed .79€ ) finst crypto withdrawal fees are no where as you claim. i understand you have costs but your fees are too high to justify that. Why don't finst publish your crypto withdrawal fees like other firms if you indeed care about transparency?

Regarding crypto withdrawal fees, we clearly show the estimated fee prior to confiming each withdrawal. We do indeed charge a small fee of about 2,5 EUR per crypto withdrawal in addition to the blockchain fee itself. This small fee helps us cover the various costs we incur as a regulated crypto platform to provide this service in a secure and compliant way to our clients. These costs include, amongst others, custody providers, regulatory costs, travel rule software, blockchain monitoring solutions, operational costs etc. More information about this can also be found on our website.
We hope you understand that we cannot afford to lose money on a service we offer to our clients, especially given that we already charge some of the lowest trading fees in Europe by far. As an alternative, you can also keep your crypto in your Finst account so that you do not have to pay any crypto withdrawal fee.

First it took them 48 hours to withdraw my Tron because I was a new user, then I only used 5-6 Eur Diposit as I needed TRX for another website, then they took most of the amount as fees and I was left with 0.47 cents what an abslute scam.
