Fast efficient service. Shoes arrived in perfect condition. Shoes very comfortable and lightweight. I didn't see a returns form in the parcel but as I am very happy with shoes didn't need it. Just a point of note.

Undisclosed customs charge
Scottish mail centre requesting a £20 customs charge!!! No chance, after the purchase they appeared 25 pounds cheaper next day delivery with no customs charge.

Always so helpful and nothing is to much trouble
The particular boots, I was looking for, wasn't in stock in the Kiltimagh store. Austin made it his business to have them in store, the following day for me, and he also gave me a message to let me know they had arrived. Fantastic service as always guys
