BEWARE OF FINELY & FAMILY ONLINE - SCAM

This is a SCAM! They market themselves as a Melbourne-based family business. In fact, NO contact number and no address on their Website.
It's not in Melbourne but in China.
The product is from a Drop Shipper in China.
The clothing and fabrics are of poor quality, made in China.
They refuse to give a refund, saying that, as the buyer, you are required to send the item back to China and take up the return costs and taxes.
I have reached out to them several times, and they require me to send it to their Drop Shipper.
I feel foolish to have been scammed, but there you are....I've lost AUS$89.00.
This review is to prevent anyone else from getting SCAMMED. They usually advertise on Instagram and Facebook....BEWARE !!!!

Everyone be warned

Everyone be warned. This is a scam. They’re not a family company from Melbourne. Their clothes come from Asia - they are terrible quality and their refund policy is a joke. Essentially they make it impossible to return and refund with bogus excuses about extra taxes and customs duty you need to pay then offer you a 10% refund if you just keep the clothes. You’d never even get that I’m sure. Stay away!

This company is a Scam!!!!!

This company is a Scam!!!!!! Don not purchase from them. I wasted $100. Scammers!!!!
Also their return policy is a scam. You have to send the item back to their factory in China at your own expense and even they advise that it will probably get lost. Do not buy from this company!!!!

Very poor quality - scammers

Very poor quality, dresses are NOTHING like shown. I would describe this company as scammers. Obtained a 90 percent refund only after numerous emails and threats of legal action. Would strongly recommend NOT BUYING from this company. I would rate less than 1 star if I could. My only positive comment would be that the email correspondence was very polite!
