Staff was wonderful. I gave one less star because some items were not available and I could not complete my order online due to a system issue. Kami and Andrew were responsive to the problem and assisted me in completing my order.

Continuous issues regarding on-line orders: 1) Charging for products which are not in stock, or not available resulting in merry-go-round of credit card charges then refunds and e-mail apologies.
On-line website shopping is under-par, for years now.

The staff at Finlandia were super helpful in offering me replacements for items that were out of stock, and they even kindly added to my shipment a separate ordered I had made for pickup. Grateful for such great selection and great customer service!

Very glad to catch your generos sale, procedure went very smooth, however only disappointment was not having synchronized on-line inventory, (and you need to train bit more your employees as customer services prospect), I hope you run your sale again soon, but regardless im your regular customer sale or no sale. Thanks for great services.

I ordered $200 worth of on sale products online with a promised discount of $50 off for $200 purchase. Then received an email saying “sorry, website was inaccurate and we are out of that product and won’t take orders. So, we lost the sale, discount and no product. Empower plus which we want to buy regularly for our large family.
