Been waiting almost 2 months now and I have still not gotten my package. The AI keeps saying I will get a response from a worker but still nothing.

Shipping was quick and best of all the matte paste was amazing! Smell is superb and great hold all day long. Fini is the new go to 👌

Delivery never received, no one to contact just AI’s. Despite emailing they just told me to track the parcel, asked for refund as product obviously not going to come to me now and still nothing.

I ordered a pomade and a sea salt spray. Took me two months to get my order, because it was sent back for some reason i don't know of. I contacted fini and we wrote back and forth. Until i now finally received my order. They were very kind and helpful.

See FìNì pop up on my Instagram story once, and was really intregued on trying a new hair styler, although they were sold out of the actual one I wanted, I side drifted to a diff product could only grab the original Matt paste

Which regardless was amazing and does exactly what it says on the tin

Also leaves you with a nice scent

But overall quality and am looking into trying new products very soon 5⭐️

Love the Pomade

I have ordered 2 products from their website about a week ago and haven’t even received an email confirming my order and that it’s on its way… send them 2 emails and left a note in their contact form and still haven’t received a reply.
Hoping my package will still come because I already paid for it because Klarna did not work on their website for some reason.
I’ve heard good experiences about the product so I’m hoping for the best.

ordered to Norway, recieved it within 8 days after ordering! fast deliviery, at the door as well. i ordered the pomade after seeing it on tiktok, and i love it. £30 after shipping is a little expensive for 80 grams of product, but i only use a little bit everyday so the box lasts me several months. 100% worth it.

I have been waiting for 2 products for over a week now and they do not respond to my emails.

I have ordered a number of products worth 100+ euros from fini. In the end, the package turned out to be missing, of course this can happen. After this, I received an email saying to wait for the investigation at the carrier 14 days after the last tracking update. Should it not be delivered and nothing become known from the investigation I got my money back. Now this has gone on for quite some time and I get no response from Fini. Customer service is at a poor level.

Fini is a top product and worth it. All of my clients love and it’s a great product to hold the style your looking for with a natural look and a nice long lasting smell.

I got the Sea Salt Spray and the smell was great, ordered the paste today and cannot wait for it to come. Shipping was quick also.

I was really excited about this product hitting the market. Unfortunately I’ve not had the best of luck with it. Smell on the product is 10/10 can’t fault it. Only issue I’m finding is its leaving a really oily finish even after blown drying it into my hair. I purchased the wax and sea salt spray and having the oily finish rather then the Matt finish I was expecting.
