I made an initial mistake with a deposit reference and promptly submitted all requested documents, but after 5 days, the funds were still not credited. While waiting, I made a second deposit using the correct reference, which was successfully reflected.
However, shortly after (within 1–2 hours), my account was suddenly blocked, following an unhelpful and rude call with one of your representatives. I received no explanation or email regarding the closure, and my repeated emails have only received automated responses.
This has been very stressful, as I trusted the platform and was simply trying to continue trading. Thankfully, after contacting Conquaero, I was able to regain access to my funds. This situation has caused unnecessary hardship for me and my children, and I expected better communication and professionalism.

We have been scammed by FX Finex. We have lost thousands as they kept asking for more and more money for taxes in Luxembourg. Warning, do not invest any money with them. The account manager calls himself James Smith. Not his real name.
