Very hard to use website
Very hard to use website, takes ages to load and gives you a rough idea of what it would cost. Tried to call a few times before making the booking but no answer, tried again and still no hope. Ended up booking because of the amazing reviews i have seen on here, quick little job, guys were nice Flavio and Orie, really good guys and hardworking done everything i have asked them to do.

Smooth, careful, and friendly service
I was referred to Finest Van by a friend who had used them several times before and highly recommended them as careful, efficient, and reliable. They absolutely lived up to that reputation.
I was moving within London, from E1 to E3, and from the very beginning Ana was my main point of contact and an absolute delight to deal with. She patiently answered all my questions, helped me choose the most suitable service for my move, followed up the day before the move, and even checked in after the job was completed. Her communication and support were excellent throughout.
On moving day, Gabriel and Flavio handled the move flawlessly. They arrived on time, were extremely attentive, efficient, polite, and took great care with all my belongings. The move was completed smoothly and stress-free, and I was genuinely very pleased with the service.
I would 100% recommend the Finest Van team and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The move went very smoothly
The move went very smoothly. It started on time and Flavio and Orie were both very nice and accommodating. In addition to the boxes and more fragile items, they were happy to help me move a bunch of loose items I didn't have enough bags for. They were also really efficient and moved at record speed which was much appreciated.

This company was highly recommended by a friend and it stood up to its name and reviews 110%.
They showed impecable professionalism and care, like I've rarley seen in any service. The guys went beyond their job and offered to help pack and transport additional stuff (furniture, clothes and so forth). This was done by Fabio's team.
Their service was worth the cost and I will definitely use Finest Van again in the future and recommend them to anyone else!

Finest Van were fast, efficient, and faultlessly friendly and professional. The team on the day - Nuno, Flavio and Orie were very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. They got everything done in great time and everything was packed and transported with care.

Minor damage + very unprofessional comms
I arrived at the new property a bit later than the movers to find them SHOVING my sofa through the door, fully wedged in there. Minor damage done to sofa & walls. I wrote in about it calmly and the managing director Marcos (who was not present at the move) writes multiple emails telling me “I didn’t see what I think I saw”. Called me repeatedly every 3 min when I said I was going to write a review.
He did apologize for his language choice when I complained about this communication and they offered £50 “goodwill gesture” which I turned down to make clear this wasn’t about the money.
But I hope they learn to listen to their customers, ask for more info when there’s a problem, and treat them with more respect than to try and lie and gaslight them when something goes wrong. I would not recommend booking with them.
They should also obviously not have been removing doors and pushing sofas as recklessly as they were before I was present. If you hire: don’t let them in the property without you even if it means an additional charge.

From start to finish, this was genuinely one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and flexible, especially when we had an unexpected issue. They solved everything with ease and kindness. On the day of the move, Rafael handled all our belongings with such care and professionalism. You can really feel the fantastic company culture: super friendly, hardworking, respectful and proud of what they do. It’s one of those rare companies that you truly enjoy getting to know. I honestly hope more people get the privilege of experiencing their service. Highly, highly recommended!
