Kent was very patient while we made our final choices ensuring they were right for how we wanted to present our windows. Day of installation was professional and very clean/tidy, to say we are pleased with the results is an understatement! Really can’t recommend Finesse Shutters enough, it’s the people behind the name that gives you the confidence choosing your window coverings that are right for your home. Thank you Kent and team

Fantastic service from start to finish. Kent is really knowledgeable sharing advice clearly to help choose the right product for our space. We were kept informed throughout the process with updates with a quick turn around from ordering to fitting. Kent worked very neatly leaving an excellent finish with a great product. On top of this the price is very reasonable for the product and service received. I would highly recommend using Finesse.

I VISITED THEIR SHOP IN EVESHAM TO REQUEST A QUOTATION.THELADY I SPOKE TOO SAID KENT THE OWNER WOULD EMAIL ONE WITHIN THE HOUR. THE QUOTE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND WITHIN A DAY MY WINDOWS AND DOORS WERE MEASURED FOR BLINDS .THE BLINDS WERE MADE AND FITTED 3 DAYS LATTER BY KENT.A GOOD JOB DONE.

Kent was really professional and really helpful. The blinds were very reasonably priced and he offered his honest opinion when selecting options. He even sorted issues that other blind companies had done incorrectly.

We had shatters fitted last year excellent quality house look amazing. On 17/04/2026 we fitted awnings, Kent is very attentive and knowledgeable. Great addition to the house and our garden.

Kent was extraordinarily diligent in trying to repair our broken Sanderson blind but in the end following his guidance we decided to buy new. Excellent service and price. Highly recommended.

Wow wow wow, Kent has just fitted my shutters and I am in awe. I have had them fitted to the edge of my window cill and they look amazing. If you are looking to have shutters then look no more than Finesse Shutters. Everything was explained before and during fitment. All rubbish was taken away.

Kent is excellent, so knowledgeable and very helpful when we were looking to have shutters and blinds fitted to our new house.

We had the whole house fitted using Finesse Shutters/blinds and they did an excellent job.

His aftercare is excellent as needed a blind refitting as had been heavy handed with it.

They also won’t be beaten on price saved us a lot of money.

Kent has fitted 2 windows for us . One a difficult one in a bathroom with a tap in the way. He gave us a solution we did not know could be done we now have a beautiful shutter that we can still fully open back if we wish to .
And a one in our bedroom.

I would only ever recommend finnesseshutters to anyone having shutters fitted . Kent is so knowledgeable and he is a perfectionist in what he does. We invited him around to look at installing shutters for us we ran into a few issues with the height of our sofa making it impossible to have shutters that you can open but kent worked around that with his knowledge and recommend we have shutters not on hinges but held on with magnets . They are amazing and you would never know. The quality of the finished product is perfect . Highly recommend .

Kent is truly a craftsman of his trade, and his knowledge and passion really shines through.

We met 3 fitters in total (2 of which were big brands) and Kent was the only one who spent time with us to understand what we wanted and walked us through a few issues he identified and how he was going to get around them.

If you're considering shutters, it's imperative you use him!! This is someone who knows this business and trade inside out, in comparison to the big brands out there!

Today Kent from Finesse Shutters visited my house to give me a quote for new blinds in my lounge. When he saw my damaged blind he advised me that it would repair very easily and that it would be silly to have a new blind when the existing one could be repaired. He explained to my husband how to repair it and said if you have difficulties to call him at a later date! His advise was perfect....my husband will repair the blind. Kent was friendly and efficient giving us great advice to repair
our blind. We were very grateful for his advice.
I would definitely recommend Kent to anyone who needs good honest help or very nice new blinds/shutters. A lovely man very nice to do business with.
