The rug that was “new “ and from the vault is beautiful in color but is clearly damaged- glue, dry rot and worn and smelled.
I hope I hear from the company to fix this situation and am quite upset. Do not buy from them unless this is an unfirtunate fluke and they take responsibility but very very unhappy.

Buyers beware!!!! Your website says free return shipping but I cannot get a response back from you to start the return process. I need a return shipping label. You never answer the phone. You have not returned my calls after leaving voice mails. I tried contacting you through your website with no response. I have also emailed you and again, no response. I feel like you purposely do not response in order to let the 30 return policy to expire. I am out $840 and I have a rug that does not work in my space, making it unsuable.

The quality of the rug was outstanding....exactly what I was looking for!

The pictures of our rug were true to life and appreciated the close up of details on the rug. Ordering online was easy to complete and the rug was delivered in a timely manner.
The rug is a bit thinner than other oriental rugs we own and due to the folding and rolling of the rug for shipping it is taking a week or so to lay flat.

Absolutely horrible experience. First off the double charged me. And I sent the rug back and I have not received a refund. All co dictions were met. They owe me 1600 dollars. I will be contacting the BBB and dispute charges. Do not do business with them!

The quality of the rugs is great and your responsive service and speed of delivery are really good.I haven’t found any better value in the hand knotted rug market

Unfortunately, your customer support isn’t good. Sorry to say, it leaves a lot to be desired with a very complicated return system in which you cannot get anyone to help you.

Extremely poor Customer Service. Extremely poor company to do business with!
The rug I received was totally different than the one I ordered. I made several attempts to contact them via website, email and text to arrange for the return/exchange. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks after inqueries I received an illegible email. I responded with my order number and request.
To date I have heard nothing from this company.
I have an unused, unusable rug in the closet!

I cannot recommend this company.

The rug we ordered was delivered in a timely fashion. The FedX driver helped me pull the heavy package into the house. The warm colors of the carpet brighten up our great room.

I received my rug well wrapped and timely. The rug is in excellent condition and more beautiful than I pictured!

I have been browsing for an antique Persian( Afghan) rug for a month or so, this company's website was very easy to use . Purchasing super efficient. I was so excited when my package arrived. It was securely wrapped!!!
I enjoyed opening my gift to me!!! The rug is gorgeous and clean. I love it very much !!! Local place had some new wool rugs, for less dollars....but just not the color or style choices.

The rug is exactly as described and delivered quickly.

The purchasing process was very straightforward and smooth. The rug was delivered very nicely packaged and in a timely manner. The rug looks beautiful and with muted colors as described. However, a few patterns and straight lines along the longer side on one flank looks unfinished making the patterns asymmetric on two sides. I'm not sure whether to call it a defect or deliberately left like that for artistic purposes. This is why I'm giving the product and my experience a 4 star rating instead of a 5. Overall, the rug is beautiful and superbly crafted. I'd shop here again.
