Ordered a first mothers day onesie over a month before, paid extra for it to be printed right away and shipped out. Shockingly I did receive it, a day too late to actually use it. Extremely poor quali... See more

I am in the same boat as everyone else, ordered 4/17, got a shipping notification Tuesday 5/7 saying it would be 6-8 business days... Happy first mother's day hunny, a week late! Absolute joke of a co... See more

Same story as everyone else. I placed my order on April 16th. I got nervous because my order didn’t show shipped on 5/2 and sent an email. No response. Sent another email and messaged them on Facebook... See more
Wrong name on shirt
Wrong name on shirt, so basically useless. Do yourself a favor and avoid these schmucks completely. Extremely unresponsive.

I am only giving a 1 star review so I can comment. They should get 0. I placed an order for a Mother’s Day Onsie and on 4/12/19 $24.95 was debited out of my account. Today is 4/20/19 and I have not received a confirmation email of the order or a shipping confirmation. There has been no acknowledgment at all from this company. I will be filing a fraud investigation with my bank when they open after the holiday. The bank will return my money and then investigation for fraud.
Saw an ad on Instagram for Finekick…
Saw an ad on Instagram for Finekick onesies, which I assume from my communications with them is actually Teezily. I ordered a Mother's Day onesie, realized after the fact that the year on the onesie is 2020, not 2019, which I admit I should have caught. However, looking back at the product there was no way to change the date. I'm not sure why they're selling a 2020 onesie, since it's 2019.
Approximately 18 hours after submitting the order I realized the incorrect year and reached out to Finekick with my concerns, requesting if the year could be changed. I received an email saying that was not possible after the "end of the campaign". I let them know it was my mistake I didn't catch the incorrect year but there's no need to send me the product. I can't give a first Mother's Day 2020 shirt, so they might as well keep. It's just going to end up trashed if it comes to me. Then I received a somewhat rude email quoting their compliance with the French Consumer Code. Let me be clear my thoughts on that. You're selling products in the United States, I don't really care what the expectation for customer service and their products are in France nor do I care about their compliance with French codes.
I never requested a refund, all I said was to keep their onesie. I would eat the cost because I missed the fact that it had the wrong year. That does not negate they're selling products with 2020 on them nor does it negate rude and patronizing customer service. They may be following applicable codes but there's a difference between legal and ethical business practices. I normally don't leave reviews but my suggestion is if you see an Instagram or Facebook advertisement for this company you ignore it. I should have checked both the year on the onesie and who the company was. Had I realized they weren't an American company I would have had concerns about purchasing it and expecting the product to get here on time for Mother's Day. Secondly, I think attempting to edit orders less than 24 hours after purchase isn't an unreasonable expectation but I was fine with accepting that. My main complaint is that communication with them is rude and lacking in tact.
