Ive been trying to reach the company since May 25 when I received earrings I purchased. I called several timers and left messages and I don't get any response
The erarrings are purchased as a graduation gift for my 13 year old granddauhter are so small. They would be perfect for a newbown.
Their return policy states they will not accept returns unless they have a return label from them.
I advise you not to trust this company
