Fine & Sandy is a front street shop in the beautiful village of Tynemouth on the North East Coast of England (about 8 miles from Newcastle Upon Tyne). We are a home and gift shop catering for the local community and for the many visitors that come here from all over the world. If you choose to buy from our online store you are safe in the knowledge that we are a real business, run by everyday people who will give you responsive customer service! In our village shop we find that customers are surprised by the wide range of products we stock, including gifts for occasions, hats & scarves, gloves, bags, purses, jewellery, perfumes, candles and diffusers together with home decor accessories. However, we also stock some interesting small furniture items and significant pieces of work from local artists and crafts people. Everything in our shop is NOT available online, but we will continue to add more products to the online store as we go, so keep checking in! Tynemouth was recently voted as the best place to live in the North East of England (https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/tynemouth-tyne-wear-best-places-to-live-hw97j38cn). It sits alongside some beautiful beaches, has its own priory and quite a number of places to eat, drink and relax. King Edward's Bay, sitting just below Tynemouth Priory has recently being identified as one of the top 10 blue flag beach in the UK by Conde Nast Traveller (https://www.cntraveller.com/gallery/blue-flag-beaches-uk). Once you get here you can take the road train (or a 1km walk along the sea-edge promenade) down to North Shield's working fish quay or in the other direction to Whitley Bay sea front! So, if you are looking for a great day out we would recommend that you take a trip to Tynemouth and enjoy the mix of bars, restaurants and shopping in this stunning north east coastal village. I sent a message asking about some earrings I needed for a birthday present. In the present climate saving money is a must so I asked about click and collect service. Not thinking I would hear back so soon with an answer. Helen was so helpful, even offering to post them through my door. I enquired on a Saturday evening and the earrings were through my door on sunday afternoon. All so quick and effortless, 5 star customer service for sure.

I was looking online for a pair of earmuffs. Fine and Sandy were the only company who still had them in stock. I emailed the company before ordering online to ensure they definitely had a pair and within the hour I had a reply from Helen, informing me the product had been very popular, but needed to check as she thought they only had one pair left and she would let me know the following day. As promised Helen emailed me with full details the following morning.
Fine and Sandy provided an excellent service. Prompt from start to finish, top mark's 👍 will definitely buy from Fine and Sandy again.

Great service and a very safe pick up . I walked past the shop and saw an item I loved , I couldn’t find this in then website so I emailed them to enquire about it . I had a very quick response . I paid for item and collected it from the shop the next day .
