Dear Mr Elliott.
We had to obtain a county court judgement in December 2020 for an invoice for successful PPI claim back in March 2019. You kindly paid the invoice and costs at the end of January 2021.
If a CCJ payment is made within 30 days of issue, we believe that it is struck from your record by the court. However, it looks like your payment was more than 30 days after the judgement was granted which we believe means that the CCJ remains on record for 6 years. I’m afraid that there is nothing that we can do to alter this but we are happy for you to use this exchange to confirm that the debt has been satisfied.

I simply cannot get hold of this company all the contact details I had are no longer working. I have moved address, I need to update them of this and sort out some money owed. This is just a joke. I’ve emailed billing@find your ppi and had no response I’m at my wits end with them

I haven't heard anything back from FindYourPPI for a couple of years. Initially, they sent correspondence stating that the claim is being looked into. I've not had any communication from them to say if the claim was upheld or not. No idea where I go from here....

Hello Mr Clarke. Thank you for your feedback. FindYourPPI concluded all our customer claims with the banks by summer 2022 and notified all customers of the outcome. If you had a successful claim, we and the bank would have notified you at the time and the bank would have paid compensation directly to you. If the bank concluded that you didn’t have PPI or you did but they concluded that it had not been sold to you unfairly, then we would have notified you and closed the case. If you would like to discuss further, please email us on billing@findyourppi.com with details of your address and claim reference number and we will look into it further for you. Kind regards.

We concluded most claims with lenders on behalf of all our customers by late 2021 and all final claims by June 2022 and we attempted to contact every single customer to let them know the outcome of their claim; successful or not. Our fees (that we agree with all customers prior to making their claim) are only payable in the event of you receiving a successful payout by your lender and we are very pleased to have helped you to achieve such a payout on your PPI claim. We only work with debt collection partners as a last resort when a county court judgement for non-payment is made in our favour but the fees still remain unpaid. Pleasantly surprised

Very pleased with the outcome. I was a bit sceptical about these sort of companies, and had low expectations, so a pleasant surprise to receive a useful payout. Happy to pay the 20% fee in those circumstances.
