This company did exactly what it said on the tin! Having entered the transfer details, I then started to receive prices within 3/4 hours and over 15 in total over a 7 day period. Not only did I see prices but there were also details of each company, their drivers, their vehicles, how many journeys they had done and reviews from customers. I felt that I had choice and control over which company I chose and could email them directly with any questions and queries about our transfer.

Good site for taxi comparison - easy to use
FindTransfers quickly provided multiple quotations for the requested route, together with user ratings, vehicle details and costs (including any for delayed flights or extra luggage)
Using the above information I have always (5 times) had a very good transfer at an economic price.

I booked a transfer from Heathrow…
I booked a transfer from Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 for 5 persons & 5 big + 5 handcarry luggages with an arrival time of 12.30 pm. However, we were made to wait until 1.45 pm until the driver arrived. The greatest joke is the driver wasn't aware that the car could not accommodate the 5 of us with our luggages until we reached the car which was meant for 4 persons only.
Having wasted more than 1 hour over the blunder, I spoke to a representative from FindTransfer (+44 7435 377121) that I do not wish to waste anymore time and demanded a refund for my payment. I subsequently booked a Uber and it promtly arrived within 6 mins.
Until today, there's nothing done on my request for refund and not even an update from FindTransfers which is really disappointing and I felt shortchanged for booking with FindTransfers. On top of the blunder, I have to pay additionally for ordering A Uber to reach my hotel.

FindTransfers is a website and not a transfer company. You requested prices via our system and you made it clear the amount of luggage that you would have with you.
You then received 4 offers from local taxi / transfer companies in London via our system and you decided to book with 121 cars heathrow limited who had made you the lowest offer.
The details of your booking, including the number of passengers and the amount of luggage, was communicated to 121 cars heathrow limited and included on the booking confirmation which was sent to both you and them.
You were provided with the contact details of 121 cars heathrow limited and the number you called was their number and not our number.
Until today, we (FindTransfers) did not know that there had been a problem with your booking. As soon as we have become aware of it we have contacted the local company and we have now initiated a refund of your payment.
I am very sorry again for the inconvenience. I hope that you will reconsider your review of our system (FindTransfers) and may instead review the local transfer company 121 cars heathrow limited.

Booking was easy. The company kept us well informed about the Athens taxi driver strike and ensured that we got the transfer that we booked. Brilliant service and easy to use
We had been let down the previous two hoilday,s by Jet2 and Hays Travel with our transfer,s. My wife is a wheel chair user so a mini bus for our exclusive use is no good ( private transfer ).
I found Find Transfers on google search filled inthe form for our collection from Malaga airport to our Fuengirola Hotel saying there where 2 passengers 2 cases 2 hand luggage and a folding wheel chair. the quote we got back where competitive and company contact details. The drive, car and transfer was all brilliant. We did the same for our return journey and that to was brilliant 5 star all round
