First time arranging a trip with findmytrip.uk and we have to say the service Olivia has provided has been excellent, she has been patient and informative and reassuring throughout the process, from quoting for specific trip requirements to Japan through to sending travel documents and answering any queries satisfactorily. We would have no hesitation in using findmytrip.uk for our future travel plans and recommending others to do the same, first class service.

Well we have just returned from our trip to Krakow and would recommend booking with these agents. We were sceptical at first as we haven’t used them before but they were always there on WhatsApp with any queries we had and responded in a timely manner.
They even advised us of the flight delay before the airport had updated the screens and they also called the hotel to let them know we would be late checking in.
Trip was included in the trip and this was also a smooth process so I will be booking with them again. thank you

Contacted this company to arrange a trip for a special birthday. I cannot fault them. I dealt with Olivia who dealt with my enquiry, planning my itinerary, suggesting hotels abd transport. She went above and beyond when I needed hotels changed, sending links and photos of the updated hotels. She was so patient and nothing was a bother. Polite and professional throughout.. Definitely will use this company for future trips. Highly recommend.

Excellent and very attentive service from Abigail. She dealt with every query immediately and fully explained everything as we went along. I’m really looking forward to my trip and I’m certainly considering findmytrip for my next adventure, probably to Japan.

Kyla brown found me the perfect get away, everything was great the timings the hotel looked gorgeous. We had to pull out due to an illness and kyla was very understanding. Highly recommended 👌

Have been liaising with Olivia now for the past couple of months about a holiday to Romania. Although I have decided not to go for this year, her service was excellent and she came back very quickly with the numerous changes that I requested. I will be contacting her again once I decide to go away.

We booked a city break to Krakow, It was a lovely break. The flight was at a good time so was able to see the city on day one.The apartment was in the old town which was convenient and walkable to the square.
Everything went so smoothly and the help from Kyla was amazing. Would definitely recommend

It was a self-guided tour of Switzerland including the Bernina and the Glacier Express trains. Hardy was really helpful and he answered all my questions prior to the trip. We did not need any help when in Switzerland, we caught all the trains and found the four hotels easily. The trip was very well organised. I will use Find my trip again!

Logan Wood was excellent setting up my holiday. He kept me informed and apologised when there was a short delay. We added on transfers which I had asked about and Logan answered all questions promptly . Amazing service will definitely book through this company again and hopefully I will get Logan or someone that has the same work ethic and have a smooth booking service again.

I recently made a booking for The Bernina Express and Glacier Express train journeys in Italy and Switzerland and have to say the booking experience was a real pleasure. I was dubious at 1st but the more Information I got i soon warmed to the idea of booking it. Everything was explained to the point going forward and really eased my anxiety in view of the train times and hotel accommodations. Our agent Kyla Brown reassured me and my partner and that was it, i can't thank her enough , was a real pleasure doing business with her. Looking forward to our trip now 😀
